This track record complements the track record of the team. This individual team track record includes combined experience in projects involving more than 6,000 MW, representing an investment of more than € 22 billion. The team members have been involved in various roles in these projects.

Investment funds: REIF I Portfolio

Direct investments: Separate account direct investment contract with a large German pension fund. A customised investment strategy and investment policy was jointly formulated with the investor. Work performed to date: Initial DD performed, NBO issued and negotiated, DD initiated.

Transaction Services: Structuring of an off-market transaction in Latin America. 49% minority share of 300 MW onshore wind portfolio with a strategic utility partner. Volume of approximately € 250 million, Buyer: Top 25 global infrastructure investor (pension fund). Work performed to date: Initial due diligence, negotiation of key terms, creation of an information memorandum, financial modelling.
