In addition to the Investment Funds (REIF fund family) initiated by Goodyields Capital, we also offer our investors direct investment opportunities. These investment opportunities are gained from our industry partnerships and are generally characterised by the fact that they can be completed in a bilateral form ("off-market" transactions).

These are typically relatively large transactions where a dedicated Goodyields Capital team provides the following services that are consequently approved by the Investment Board of the institutional investor:

• Identification and structuring of (off-market) investment opportunities
• Design and implementation of appropriate investment structures
• Formulation of investment strategy and investment policies
• Due diligence, negotiations
• Post acquisition integration
• Long-term asset management

The objectives pursued by the Goodyields Capital business model are low up-front costs and low overall transaction costs, with a focus on off-market transactions.
